Position Overview 

Falls & Co is looking for a Paid Search Specialist to plan, create and manage paid search campaigns across a variety of channels (including Google and Bing) for a variety of clients (Edu, B2B, B2C, Retail).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategize and execute the set-up of campaign structures, targeting and other facets of paid search to align with client goals
  • Maintain and monitor keyword bids and budget caps
  • Execute competitor research and create keyword lists 
  • Write ad copy and provide copy suggestions
  • Analyze data, provide insights, and generate monthly client reporting used for strategic planning
  • Optimize campaigns to increase quality leads and meet KPIs
  • Identify new strategies and tactics for expansion within the Google & Bing platforms to meet client objectives  
  • Test and monitor conversions and notable KPI measurements across Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Google Tag Manager 
  • Effectively and efficiently present strategy and performance to clients 
  • Monitor industry trends and continually keep agency personnel and clients up to date

  • Knowledge of Google Display, YouTube and Shopping ads preferred
  • Knowledge and certification in Google Data Studio is a plus
  • Knowledge of SEMrush is a plus
  • Retail shopping ads knowledge is a plus (Amazon Ads, Bing Shopping and Google Shopping ads)


  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Computer Science or Information Technology
  • 3+ years of hands-on PPC experience (Google Ads and Bing Ads)
  • Google Ads certification (Analytics certification preferred)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Power Point, Word
